Manage subscription lifecycles and sell credit products with tiered pricing
We're excited to announce a major upgrade to subscription management in SellApp, giving you and your customers clearer tools for handling subscriptions.
Starting today, customers can manage subscription changes directly from the customer portal, including cancellations, payment method updates, and plan changes (where supported by the payment provider).
Next, we're introducing credit products. Credit products help you sell a variety of usage-based content such as prepaid platform balances, AI token usage, in-game currency, and more.
Tiered pricing, quantity rules, and customer-facing delivery details come built in, making credit purchase & delivery as seamless as possible.
Finally, we've polished numerous aspects across the dashboard and rolled out a set of reliability improvements on the platform.
