Wallets, Rewards, and the Resolution Center

Customer wallets, loyalty rewards, automated support workflows, and more.

We're excited to release a set of powerful new features to the SellApp platform, starting with customer wallets.

Customers add funds to their wallet, which they can subsequently use to pay for their purchases. As a store owner, you can specify custom cashback bonuses to incentivize higher deposits, add funds to a customer's wallet, and opt to refund purchases to a customer's wallet balance.

Next, stores can now retain customers effectively with rewards. Upon crossing certain loyalty milestones, such as amount spent or number of purchases, customers can be rewarded in some form. Rewards can vary from monetary ones (coupons, wallet credit) to visual ones (VIP badge, customer label).

Finally, we've released a major expansion to support workflows. We've deprecated legacy tickets in favor of a new Resolution Center built around faster replies and clearer outcomes. The new Resolution Center includes reply templates, custom ticket creation reasoning, and automated ticket resolution.

We've also implemented a number of community-requested features such as custom payment method enhancements, charges webhook events, and more.

Platform Updates

1. Customer Wallets: Enable wallet balances, top-ups, and checkout spend, with full access from the customer portal
2. Wallet Incentives: Configure cashback rules and top-up bonus tiers to reward customers with wallet credit
3. Rewards: Create loyalty rewards that issue monetary or visual rewards when customers reach configured milestones
4. Resolution Center: Manage customer conversations with support reasons, response templates, automation rules, and more
5. Customer Portal: Customers now have dedicated portal areas for support, wallet activity, and rewards
6. Misc: Shipped a range of community-requested fixes and enhancements, including the ability to blacklist from the order slide-over and charges webhook events
